of Workers’ Compensation, Division of
Coal Mine Workers’ Compensation,
Division of Energy Employee Occupational
Illness Compensation, Federal Employees
Program, Longshore and Harbor Workers’
Compensation, Railroad, Occupational
Accident, and Provider Enrollment.
Under Tessa’s leadership, she has the
passion to direct her departments through
the strict guidelines established by the type
of claim that is filed. These are unique and
specialized programs that require the
persistence and determination of constant
change. She believes an open line of
communication with each division is
priority. Tessa’s professional approach to
the specific details is key to overturning
denials and urgency of the situation.
